RRSP & Home Buyer's Plan repayment
Posted 23 Apr 2012
Am I being dense, or is it a problem with the software?
I enter a client's RRSP contributions for the year. I enter the amount of the HBP repayment. Profile gives me the entire amount contributed to the RRSP as a deduction for RRSP. If I override the deduction amount, Profile puts the balance as a carry forward.
Am I missing something? Do I really have to make two overrides?
