Code below that does work if anyone else wants it. It's clumsy and could probably be done in one line but it works for me.

In 2010 you and your spouse made the declaration that you were NOT Canadian Citizens. Too bad you aren't still fulltime at Profile. I'd like a checkbox in the same area added that says "Are you a U.S. citizen or greencard holder"
