DAX Error

When updating Profile to version 4, I encountered a DAX Error that reads "Access violation at address 0792E8CE in module "T12011Adapter.dll" "Read of address 00000000. I clicked ignor to continue. After the installation I couldn't open any 2011 T1 files.
I thought I'll share the solution to the above problem with fellow users. I deleted the "T12011.DLL" file in the program folder and reinstalled Profile. Everything is working fine after(figers crossed).
