You can say that again Tim. I have to efile a Quebec CO-17. With the language barrier it tok me more than a month to register with Revenue Quebec. If it wasn't with the help of Profile Support to configure the software, one will never figure it out how to do it. It's not a simple matter of simply key in the Efile number and the access code.
