  1. Shut down of Profile

    Posted 23 Apr 2012

    Well, another shutdown occurred today.

I was looking at the 5 Year summary when Windows gave the dreaded - Profile Application has encountered a problem.... box!

We are using Windows XP Professiona version 2002 SP3.

    Running Profile T1 ver 4.4.

    Second time this has happened.

Any body else have this happen?
  2. Shut down of Profile

    Posted 20 Apr 2012

    Wow!

Whipping along doing a T1, just entered rental statement, on a carryforward from 2010 file and Profile shuts down, without warning!

When I click the Profile icon, the program opens up and has the same file I was working on already loaded.

    What the heck!

Don't have time to call in, this has not happened since yesterday afternoon.

    Hope it doesn't happen again.
  3. Version 4.3 is out

    Posted 4 Apr 2012

Just noticed that version 4.3 is out.

    Anyone installed yet?

    What does this fix?

    Missing tapes when printed?

EFile error when HST number is on the income statement?

    Other problems?

Does it create any new problems?
  4. Version 5.5

    Posted 21 Aug 2011

    Version 5.5 is now available.

    Has anyone updated yet?

    Any problems?

    Any glitches?
