Intuit Financial Community: Carole - Viewing Profile

Now Im getting a Catastrophic Failure Msg when I try to save or carryforward a return!!!

since profile cannot answer my call due to overwhelming demand - has anyone seen this before?

I know this is a small thing compared to the major problems with Profile this year

Can you please reduce the RRSP form back to 1 page instead of 2. Its printing a Blank Page 2 everytime I use this form and its annoying.

Almost everytime I minimize Profile to the taskbar to switch to another program it will not resume. It stays stuck in the taskbar closed and beeps at me as if its trying to tell me something, but no msgs popup. Im forced to shutdown profile in the task manager and restart it.

This is becoming beyond frustrating and not really willing to hang on the phone for the estimated 45 minutes of wait time its currently saying.

Windows 7 - latest version of Profile installed.

Anyone else experiencing this and have a fix?

Anyone else experiencing a failure to print a T2 Efile Copy? I can print single forms from the return, however when I try to print the entire return from the batch printing area, it kicks out the following error

since Im not only the accountant, receptionist and the Computer Technician Im at a loss as to what to do!

Update - This problem went away when I removed the '4 per page' option from the file copy. So - perhaps it is isolated to that - but I do not want to waste more paper than I need to so I guess this needs to be fixed.
