Overdue invoice not appearing in Apply Finance Charge window

I have an invoice that is over 30 days now but when I open the apply finance charge window that particular invoice does not show up in the list of past due invoices.

The terms on the invoice are net 30 so I cannot figure out why this one does not appear where others that are over 30 days do.

Any thoughts welcomes
