EFILE- SEND REQUEST.... NOT AVAILABLE?

There used to be a "send request..." option in the efile section, which can request the tax owing information for the tax payer ? Why this option is still not available in the recent version 2011.2.0 ?

It's working fine for me 2011.2.0

I didn't even find the option now. Is it only available for Premier users? This year, i only have the basic

You're right, if you check the comparison of Premier and Basic you'll find Basic does not have it.
