unable to print. There is no options to automatically adjust print settings. Says to check with computer technician. This happens on both Brother AND HP printer with 2011 release. 2010 worked ok.

Did you try the archive version? What about printing to a (free) PDF printer?

Am getting the same message with my Pagepro 9100. Fortunately, I print very few pages of the T2 anymore...

Upon installing 2011 with a Profile tech listening in, he asked me to change the print sizing option from automatic to manual. He claims that this will allow the printing.

Not printing any T2s now, so just passing on what the Profile tech told me.

Good Luck

I have a similar problem when I preint to my HP LaserJet 3055. However... the problem refers to the T2 jacket only and only when I am printing from File/Print. The JACKET will not print. If I uncheck the jacket, the rest of the return will print properly.

If I then jump to the jacket and use Form/Print, I can print the jacket.

No idea why this is happening. It was not a problem in version 2010 and earlier. It is only a problem in 2011.x.x and is ONLY a problem with this particular printer.

When I set my default to another printer, I have no printing issues with the jacket.

So try that workaround. Print everything else with File/Print.. but print the T2 jacket itself with Form/Print

Oh, and on this computer I am running unders Windows XP... it is not a Windows 7 problem for me.
