I have rental property and in the title are boss name: my wife and mine. By now I use to put income of this property on my tax return. My wife lost a job. Could I now put the rental income of the property on her tax return?

You appear to have accidentally posted your question on the Profile software forum. Please follow the links to the Turbotax forum.
(Always take care in following posted "tax advice", though, which is often wrong, and sometimes illegal).

However, if you want my opinion, you should have your professional Accountant review for you not only this years tax information, but also check the past year's tax information. You seem to be trying to do it improperly both now and in the past.
