Has anyone been printing T4's on the pre-printed forms?
I've tried and got the following results:
On Copies 2/3 - all dollar amounts are good
- employer's name - ok on top copy, 2 lines too high on bottom
copy
- SIN - too high on both copies (by same amount)
- employee names - both ok
Copies 1 & 4 - both the employer and employee names are ok
- both SIN and business nbr are too high
What is happening for other users?

I found the 2011 pre-printed T4 form is fine as it moves the CRA label & logo to the centre top (from far left corner) instead.

Yes, the pre-printed 2011 T4 flats are different than 2010........ presumably to accommodate things such as the new box 87 description on the reverse side. The summaries are no different, however, they are now Black & White instead of pink and white.
The T4's and summaries seem to line up very well now that I have installed Postscript drivers for my HP4250. For me, the 2011 version of Profile would no longer print corporate T2 returns with the PCL6 drivers so I had to install the HP4250 again as a postscript printer. A little painful...... but that is the price you pay for using cheap software. :)
