Please bare with me as I am new to Profile!
I was starting a T1 return and at one point after entering expenses on the T2125 there was say a refund showing of 855.00. I start entering the in home expenses and the refund starts decreasing...am I missing something? Now every time I enter an expense amount, even for a vehicle, the refund gets lower.
Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Is it possible that the net income was down below $10,000 or lower. In that case you will be triggering the Working Income Tax Benefit (S6). As you add house expenses on you will will start reducing the income too low, below the threshold and reduce the the WITB.

Thank you very much tmanery, that was it...net income was at 13,000 however and the WITB kept reducing after each expense I entered. Have a great day!
