I have a duplex printer. Whenever I try and print T4's (or any other slip for that matter), I get copy 1 printed on both sides of the paper, then I get copies 2/3 again printed on both sides of the paper with a different employee on each side, then I get the slip notes on both sides, then the summeries etc on both sides.
What I am doing now (and it is tedious to say the least) is select one employee, then select copies 2/3 then select slip notes and I get a single T4 with the slip notes on the reverse. Repeat for the next employee, repeat for the next employee so on and so on and so on.
There has got to be a better way of doing this
In case it makes a difference I am using a Xerox Phaser 8560, but I had this problem with my old HP also.

Printing T4's Duplex printing, can it be done or is it a myth?

Would you mind taking a screen shot of your printer settings for T4's and sending it on.
I am probably one little mouse click away from paradise, and will feel very foolish when I see where it is.
I am certain the world will come to an end due to war, disease or famine. Someone will forget to click on the "Do you want your planet to exist" on the interglatic registry and then poof, its gone :0
