I believe NetFile Access codes are address dependent.

So if you moved one door over and have changed your address in My Account, the access code that arrived for you in your now neighbour's mail is no good to you? Is that correct?

Good to see you back Clamato.
Your question should be posted in the TurboTax forum https://turbotax.com...botaxonline.ca/
Professional preparers on this forum use EFile not NetFile.

Thanks Sujata but my link from TurboTax of last year takes me to ProFile and when I log in I get here. If I go to your link it looks different from last year and my password or login is not accepted.

Good job I'm not paranoid or I would think someone is trying to get rid of me from TurboTax or JohnNP is now in charge. Wait maybe I am paranoid. :D

Since the TurboTax board of last year no longer exists, they redirected you to this board which is the closest equivalent.

You will need to sign into the TurboTaxOnline board which DOES look different.

Sorry Clamato, you will have to leave....
