Trying to enter in RAC details for a new client with a Dec. 31/11 year end, but the tab is greyed out and when I type in the form it brings up that I need to buy a OnePay license even though I have a T2 license already. I've downloaded the 2011 from the emails sent out... what am I doing wrong?

I'm not an expert in the technical details of the program. Probably easiest to call tech support. They're not busy this time of year and will probably be available in about five minutes.

I believe you need more than the basic edition to use the RAC details form.
