This has been discussed with Andy at Intuit and it is an identified issue that they are working on.

Does V2011.1.0 fix this?

The carry forward memo function in T2 is not working in ProFile V2011.1.0. I apologize for any inconvenience this is causing you.
We are currently looking into resolving this issue. In fact, the ProFile development team met Friday (yesterday) to discuss this. A recent change made to ProFile inadvertently broke this functionality.
I will keep you posted as soon as I have more information. Again, my apologies and thank you for your patience.

Steve, I wonder if this issue has been resolved in V2011.1.1? And what are the T1/T2 significants in this new version?

This type of question is better served by them. Problem is, you are in an English forum and trying to deal with Quebec issues. Very few people here know that. You can ask on the French Forums, mais parler francais.
I think that you are trying to do a carryforward from TurboTax Corporate to Profile OnePay... You can't carryforward from a fiscal year end of 2011-MM-DD in Ontario to FYE of 2011-MM-DD in Quebec. Instead, you have to do a carryforward from FYE of 2010-MM-DD in Ontario to 2011-MM-DD in Ontario, then change the jurisdiction.
You MAY be better to start with a brand new file even. Prepare your Financial Statements according to GAAP, then prepare the tax returns from scratch. Also remember that the legal rules have changed and you may need legal assistance.

Yes, I called Intuit Support and there is no automatic way to do it. I ended up manually copying my FYE 2010 from TurboTax to a new Profile FYE 2010 file. I saved that and then starting my a new Profile FYE 2011 changed my location and carried fwd the Profile FYE 2010 file. Now I just need to do the real 2011 work for Quebec.
Believe it or not being in Quebec doesn't mean you need to speak french although I can and life is easier if you do. However, it does mean I'll have to learn some of the complexities of the Quebec goverment tax rules. I was told it would be complicated (I'm just a single person professional corp not an accountant) and it looks like it's heading that way.

I was not saying that you needed to speak French, but to get support in the forums for Quebec Corporate files will require you to dip into the French, not the English, forums. There are very few Quebec-trained participants in the English forums. (I can say that as I am one of the few who are Quebec-Trained. But I don't touch Corporate.)

You can say that again Tim. I have to efile a Quebec CO-17. With the language barrier it tok me more than a month to register with Revenue Quebec. If it wasn't with the help of Profile Support to configure the software, one will never figure it out how to do it. It's not a simple matter of simply key in the Efile number and the access code.
