2011.0.0 works on our new server and all the terminals that have Windows 7 but not the XP terminals. Profile advised it is a software problem that would be fixed in the new version coming out last Thursday or Friday.....no upgrade yet. Has anyone had the same problem? Would Intuit please advise when the new version will be out?

I am using 2010.5.5 and when I click on "check for updates" after a couple of minutes of doing whatever it does Profile comes back and confirms that I have the latest version of the software. :(

I don't get it. I spoke with Hardev yesterday on another matter and he said a release was to come out last week or this week? My update says "Current release is 2010.5.5, Your release is 2010.5.5" but it doesn't say "You have the latest release." ??

I've found a faster way to check for updates.....go to:

Update Information
What's New
It will give you the latest version and whether or not you have installed it.
I don't know why "check for updates" always takes so long??

I haven't been able to install the new version to our new server....although the previous version is there.
Intuit advised to uninstall Profile and re-install......didn't want to do that before the end of the month
because the old version was working on my terminal (new, too)so at least we had one to use. Must try
the uninstall/re-install today so we can do the workstation install on other terminals. Will let you know
how it goes

Don't even show "Download now" with the "Check for Update" feature on... Try again tomorrow.

My "What's New" shows that the latest version is 2011.0.5 and that I have 2011.0.0 installed.
I am having trouble updating from 2011.0.0.

If the available patch doesn't work with the version that is installed on your computer, you need to go to the Download page of our website and install the complete ProFile Suite. The complete version includes all the modifications available in the latest patches.
