So a dumb q.

Looking for a detailed , step by step , on how to do a mailing eg. mail same template letter to all(or list) of clients.

Also the 'required list of information' to client, in anticipation of this year.

I assume that there is a support/help link that will explain this ?

Thanks

That's quite a question! The first step is to create your letter. If you edit "User1" that template has the client name and address in it as a start. However, then you have to amend it to add the text of your letter. This step could be very time consuming or a snap depending on how customized you want your letter to be and whether you have sufficient expertise to use the field codes available in Profile. They aren't that difficult to use. Processing the letter is easier if you have the Premier version because you can tell the program to print the same form ("User1") for all clients in your list. The biggest part is to get the letter done. Unfortunately there's no cookie-cutter approach. Look in the help under "Field codes". That will give you a start.
