SEND How and Why to USe

how and why do preparers use the SEND function? Is it really just for 'cash back' or do folks use it generically with clients............ appreciate any thoughts. Thanks Karen :blink:

If you are discounting a tax return, you will find that this becomes mandatory to request a SEND. But you may find it useful to find out about missing slips, claims on a persons refund, etc. so that your client is not surprised.
