I would like to put PH2 (for Penthouse 2) in the Apt # field on the Info page (for address). It appears that ProFile will not accept that because of the letters. I don't know if this is tied to a CRA requirement, but I'd like to know how best to deal with this conflict.

Thanks, Ida

I attempted to duplicate your issue bet received no error message (I can type "PH2" in the apartment field without any error. Can you be more specific? - Profile will not accept or are you getting for example, an e-file error? Out-of-Update version? CTRL-F2 will allow you to overide if that helps you.

Thanks for making me look at this again. I tried to change the Apt # on the "spouse's" return first and it went in as an override. I assumed it was because of the letters, but when I entered PH2 on the "taxpayer's" return first it was accepted.

I appreciate your help on this.
