Hi there,
I purchased Intuit software from the MacEwan bookstore as I need it in my tax class. But I am having trouble updating Profile to 2010. Everytime I try it says I have the latest version, but I can only find 2009.
Any body that has come across this problem?!

I am not familiar with the MacEwan Bookstore... would that be a campus or school bookstore? Also, is the version you bought the STUDENT edition? The student edition isn't upgradable.
Thanks Tim for your reply. The book store is on campus. I guess the version I have is a student version. But I think is is upgradable as some other students were able to upgrade it. Actually everyone but myself was able to upgrade to 2010. The instructor said the problem could be that i was conneting through wireless. But I am now at home I am connection via cable, but i still have the same problem.

Check with the other students in the class as to what the "About" and the "License" screens say, then compare them to yours.
Also, how long ago did you buy your copy? Was there a license key?
