I have a single parent, two dependents, receives UCCB for one dependent, in a situation where it's beneficial to let the dependent being claimed as an eligible dependent claim the UCCB. When I report the amount on the dependent screen Profile gives me a warning that the other dependent should be claimed as Equivalent to Spouse. When that dependent is claimed as eligible dependent, and the income reported by that dependent, Profile gives me the same warning, resulting in a "circular" warning. Why am I getting a warning when I claim the UCCB as income of the dependent who is being claimed as an eligible dependent? It's been a long day, but am I missing something here?

Have you tried entering one dollar (instead of zero) UCCB received for the second dependant?
Are you sure this dependant qualifies to be claimed as an ED? Who is receiving the UCCB for him/her?

Profile doesn't distinguish between UCCB income and other income for the dependant. Therefore it is going to recommend you use the lower net income dependant as eligible. Just sign off on the warning.
