Hope this message saves someone some time if they have one of those errors that kicks back the whole efile batch. Mine was "Return 3 (T1 and SFD)"

Okay, return 3 is the 3rd in the list. Long story short, client had a T5013 which was entered but none of the numbers on it were for boxes that we report. Empty column was left in T1. When column was deleted, the return was accepted. There is nothing in the reject notice to even hint where the problem lies unless. of course, I'm the only one who didn't find "(T1 and SDK)" that helpful??

I just got the same error message on 2 returns and they don't have 5013s. All they have is a T3 and a T1135.
Thanks for trying to save me time Vivian.

Perhaps not on topic, but you need to know that if you have a T5013 with income type 23 Rental you cannot split with spouse, it causes an efile rejection. After numerous discussions with the efile help desk I found out it's a software problem, which after much further discussion with Profile they confirmed. You have to enter the relevant share on each spouse's input screen.

Warning - T1135 does not transmit electronically. You must deliver the paper copy to the CRA.

Thanks Tim,
I realize that. But it shouldn't prevent efiling the return.

I have always efiled the T1135 without issues.

There never are any issues when something does not efile because it is not suppose to efile.

Check out the attachment and then check out voluntary disclosures.
