Hey all,
I'm new here so sorry if this question is kind of 'newbie' in nature. I've been trying to figure this out for a while now, to no avail, but was told this discussion group is quite active.
I'm trying to make the printing of our forms more efficient and less wasteful. Basically, for the client copy, there are forms that take up more than 1 page, and we only want to give them the first page (ie. exclude the instruction pages). I can do that easily if I choose to print just that specific form. But when I want to print the whole batch (all forms, including that one), I don't see an option to customize what pages to print/not print in one specific form. Is there an option to do this that I'm missing?
I don't want to print that form separately as, although that would save paper, that would distrupt our workflow and clog down our process (which would not be worth the savings for us).
Thank you in advance for your help :),
Phil

Selective Page Printing?

Hi,
Thanks for the speedy reply. Yes I have noticed that some forms are subdivided within form selection (if that's what you mean?). However the specific form that we are having to deal with is the T183 form, which is a long form that prints out a second page of instructions (which we don't want), and that is not subdivided.
If we're printing it on it's own, we can just select just the first page on Print Properties. Batch printing however does not take us to that option window before actually printing it.
Thanks again.

I have mine set to print just the first page of the T183. I think it is one of the forms that is split between page 1 and page 2 of the form. I have had mine print just page 1 for years and haven't had any problems with it. It's in the form selection screen. Look for "T183-1".

Wow thanks for the help guys! Appreciate it! :) Seemed simple enough.
But just to be clear, there aren't any hidden settings other than just simply selecting the tick boxes via form selection to choose which page(s) to select?
Thanks again!
very helpful forum, will definitely recommend.
