Efiling Error

Hi

When trying to efile this is the first screen that pops up

Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not available, do you wish to proceed,

If pressed yes then

the message is

Webservice not available.

This all started after the last update.


Any cluse what is wrong, can we upload/submit the .tax file manually while we wait for the fix.

I don't get that error... perhaps you should call support.

Thanks for the hints.

Applied the above steps, still did not work.

Then I verified with my security guy what he had done, I know he was hardening the IE security.
Check for Server Certificate revokation was checked and checking it off resolved my problem.
