Since the upgrade I did this week (V2010.4.0) I have not been able to file returns with Agristabilty T1273.

The file won't even transmit in a batch and stops the whole batch from transmitting.

The message I get is:

Quote

"Failed. CRA: We have detected problems and are unable to process this file. Mandatory information is either invalid, missing or not in the correct sequence. Errors have been detected with the Selected Financial Data (SFD). If you are unable to resolve the issues, please contact your software developer."
I have contact Efile help desk and Profile, no solution yet.

Is anyone else having this problem? And if so have you figured out a fix?

Yes. We had the same problem but we have not updated to V2010.4.0. We had the same problem yesterday but it also indicated that problem was with 14th return. We opened that return and it was eligible but the warning at the bottom said the info. if client was Canadian Citizen or not was missing. We filled that info. and the whole batch was efiled.

It is also a pain that we can add only 30 files in a batch rather that 60 batches.

Hi Nicole,

If you want to send me a private message with one of the files that you are having trouble with, I will have someone investigate why you are having troubles with it.

So, as always the solution was simple. In section 2 the legal land description must have W# in the meridian. For Manitoba it is W1, though on all the propety tax bills they just have W.

It would be realy nice if we could have flags for this sort of stuff.
