Paper Tray Error Change to Universal Paper

I am running Windows 7 Home - 64 bit, Lexmark T642 Laser printer & am getting the error change paper tray to universal paper.
Have tried all 3 Lexmark drivers to no avail & have contacted Profile Premier support & was told it is a Lexmark issue!
Only thing different from last year is a new computer>

When I get error I cancel print job & go into print setup in profile, open printer & say ok. No changes made & it works but will not hold settings.


Any help would be appreciated.

Try deleting the printer registry keys for ProFile.

hkey_current_user\software\greenpoint\XXXX\printers is where they used to be. Not at a computer with it installed at the moment so can't confirm.
