argh!
was just hung up on by a profile techie support.after 30 mins on hold and 5 mins talking, he hung up on me? i pointed out that the t2 had a year end of aug 31 2010. he told me it was 2011. how the h*** would he know?
they really need to start loading their call centres up with knowledgeable people and not 'techies' who alwaysssssssssss say they will take the info and pass it on. why are they even answering the phone? arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
