T7DR(A) 2010 form

Does anyone in the community have a template that works for the 2010 version of the form. I'm about to run out of the 2008 version and I have an awful time trying to edit the .rtf files?

Thanks in advance.

P.S. The template in 2010 T1 doesn't work.

Hi Jim: This one is working for me. You'll probably have to tweak it a little for your specific printer.

Thanks for the update. To move up the said page's top for printing, I decrease the Print/Top Margin. But it seems get very minumal effect, if any. Any tips?

My laser printer is Brother HL1435 for a few years. It seems aligned OK all along though. Also, my T7DRA File Path box at the bottom of Options/Templates/2010 is greyed-out. Anyway to activate this box? Move-up the said .rtf file's top margin with MS Word seems not having any print effect in Profile at all.
