When I tried to install 2010.3 it didn't install properly, but I couldn't just re-install the previous version so I needed to uninstall Profile. Three files would not uninstall - "Access Denied"
So then I had NOTHING we could use. Let that be a lesson to me NEVER to do an upgrade on Friday night when you don't know if Help will be open before Mondau morning!

I set up a new directory and re-installed prev version, did workstation installs, and new shortcuts
on several machines so am up and limping. I will see if I can get help today....not sure when they start working weekends/evenings.

I will update forum......probably my fault somewhere but for anyone else, hold off for now

Decided to try again to update to 2010.3....same problem, so I aborted this time. So I told everyone they could go back into Profile and someone noticed the new gal was back into a client very quickly. Turns out she'd only been backing out of the client she was working on.....which also explains why I couldn't un-install Profile either. Now have updated to 2010.3 and then 2010.4 and everything is working as usual. I feel a bit silly, but thought I would let you know.

Also, I sent an email to Profile last Saturday about our problem, and have never had any response.

You can check out this http://community.int...19&#entry237419 as to the frequency of Intuit replying to email'd requests for support. What solved the problem was a private DM to one of the Intuit staff who frequent the board.
