Efiling T1013

I have been trying to efile a T1013 for the last three days and keep getting a message saying the Webservice is unavailable. Anyone else having the same issue?

That happens when your account hasn't been set up properly. Re-enter your EFiler number and password.

The guy in the next office had the same error message until we re-entered his account info, then make sure the date on the T1013 is within 6 months of today's date and on-line access is ticked on the form and you have a CRA registered BN with "Represent a Client."

Thanks, it was my fault, I didn't have the on line access ticked.
