Hi all,
After repeated warnings, we were forced to ban a couple members. In one instance a long-standing member who has made many valuable contributions was banned. We’d rather not do this, but at the end of the day we need to consider the greater good of the forum. The forums should be an inclusive environment where everyone can benefit from learning and sharing their knowledge.
We try to use a light hand here, but when it comes to our members feeling comfortable, we draw the line. We received numerous complaints from multiple sources about a couple members’ behaviour and acted. These issues were addressed several times before we made the decision to ban them.
While some people may be upset that a friend or colleague is no longer permitted to participate here, they need to understand that uncivil behaviour is unacceptable on the forums.
A friendly reminder to everyone that, when you signed up, you agreed to abide by the forum rules. Please note rule 10:
10. We will not tolerate any behavior by members we feel is demeaning, insulting or designed to belittle others. Any such posts will be deleted without warning and could result in a temporary or permanent ban of the user from the communities. In general, community members must convey their thoughts in a tone that is professional, courteous and respectful.

Intuit's stance is false, incorrect - and misleading.
Incorrect posts such as the above Intuit post are why we have left and why we will NOT be supporting INTUIT products nor INTUIT community forums.

Sorry, but your childish reaction is FUNNY!
Grow up, this about money, telling the DIY's that they need professional help would go against the GPS like way Intuit is doing things.
BUT, I remember not too long ago the GPS only getting me into more trouble until I actually read the map and realized that I was going the wrong way.....
Time will tell, in the mean time go into the other room and have a time out!!!
