How can I roll from year to year the set of custom icons (ie. forms) so that I don't have to reset them every year. This question also applies to the print order of forms for T1 paper & efile and T2 paper print jobs. How do I get Profile to learn last year's setup without doing it again manually?

I don't know about the custom icons but you can carryforward the print order by opening the forms selection under the options, choose the undefined print job, then press the carryforward button. BUT review the print job carefully as there may be new forms.

You will also have to reset all your custom templates as field names may also have changed.

When trying to move and/or delete these customized icons, it either falls into the wrong place and/or delete more than selected. Pretty messy at the end.
Also can we double the height of the icon bar to show more customized labelled icons?

Moving the unwanted customize icon to the end of the bar first to delete it there is my way now.

And if I could ask...god willing...Why cant the toolbar stay where I left it! It keeps defaulting to a single row of icons, even tho I have repeatedly reset it to 2 rows of icons... every time I open a return, I have to drag the toolbar around to be 2 rows...
