Hello everyone:

I read the mail merge topic in this forum but that solution is inside Profile. I have designed a letter in MS word and want to merge with last year client's addresses. Is that possible or no? Thanks for your input.

Convert the letter to RTF, then open in Profile. Add the address in the profile mail merge. In the event that you don't use the letter on a frequent basis, take a snapshot of your options package beforehand.

Remember that Profile uses RTF as its letter template format.

Thanks Tim for your reply. Will this procedure allow to print letters one by one (open each client return and print) or all the clients by one click? Thanks

Also BTW I have premiere version

Premier version allows one to print the same form from several taxpayers using the client explorer. I believe the classic database does not allow you to do this.
