help - Lost Passwords

Hi all

I am trying to access a client file in Profile, a technician who worked for us password protected it, I have tried all the generic passwords that are floating around this office, none work, it is possible to recover the file or am I starting from scratch?

Thanks Bert, that's what I thought, it's a small fx file, I hope I just dont run into too many more.
