I'm trying to create a .pdf file of a tax return, but Profile is not producing it. It says it is printing to a .pdf file, but it's not there when I go to attach it. I've never had a problem before, just since downloading the newest version. Any suggestions?

Hi Marlene,

Profile saving pdf's in the tax folders, if it's a 2009 your printing then it will be in the 2009T1 folder and so on.

Since I need pdf files from a few other programs too. I have PDF995 installed. This allows me to make a pdf of anything that would be printed. Actually it shows up like any other printer in the printer list and it asks where you want to save it. I usually save to desktop, email it and then delete the file.

I hope it is ok to mention this here.. in the past year I moved nearly 2800 km away form most of my clients. Printing forms T183, TP1000, invoices, and complete returns in PDF format has been a great benefit to my business. :)
