Hello:
I have a client that recently filed Articles of Continuance to change from an Ontario corp to Canada Corp. I cannot see how to correctly reflect this in the Info area of Profile. Presumably it is addressed in the Ontario section and I guess jurisdiction incorporated is no longer Ontario. I don't see a choice though for "Canada" or "Federal". I also gather that the Annual Return for Corporations is no longer required (Form 22 instead) and that there is no longer an Ontario Corporation Number.
Any help would be appreciated.
Chris

You're right that the area to enter the jurisdiction is in the Ontario section of the Info page. You should be able to indicate "CA" from the drop-down list. You're also correct that the Ontario annual return isn't required anymore. However, the company must file an annual information return with Industry Canada. You can find this information at the following address.

Hope that helps.
