After an upgrade to Version 2010.1.0 today, the reviewer tickmarks will not attach to the return. When we click on the tickmarks, they show as active, but will not attached themselves on fields. An upgrade done on a different computer a few days ago works fine.

I've tried looking in Options/Environment/Audit to see if the right boxes are chosen, and everything looks ok.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I just tried it on my computer and it works fine... is there something specific with the computer you are using?

Are you using Windows 7 on the problem computer? I have the same problem. I haven't tried the program on my XP computers. Maybe Intuit can offer some input here?

Hello,

This is most often caused by a hiccup during the installation and not anything specific to a given release or OS. Please try a re-install of ProFile to see if that fixes this for you. If that does not work then I suggest calling our customer care team. They are best able trouble-shoot this with you to resolve the problem.

Regards,

-Lee
