T1/TP1 EFILE setup

After updating to V2010.1.0, the T1/TP1 Wizard button under EFILE/Options is grey-out. The setup page only show the "GENERAL" and "T2" setup choices. Is it just me?

Also on T2's new file, can the "Internet file this return" be set to "Yes" by default under the associated Module or somewhere else?
