Just bought a new Toshiba laptop, with, of course, Windows 7. It also has an AMD VISION processor. At the same time, I bought QuickStart 2010. I cannot email an invoice - an issue with printing the pdf? I verified all there was to verify per 'help', but it still does not work. I need to know if this software will work properly on my machine, or not. If not, then it goes back to Staples Business Depot along with an angry scowl from me - surely I am not the only one in the world with this combination of hardware/software... The S/W should not be sold if the computer won't run it. HELP! (thanks)

Have you called Intuit Support before you posted on this board? This is a technical problem and support is the better place to ask for technical help rather than here.

I am having the same issues. I gather one of the Windows updates conflicted with the third party pdf writer (Amyuni) Intuit has paid to incorporate into both QuickBooks and Profile. Intuit and Amyuni are working towards resolution the last I heard. {This has been going on since mid-March if memory serves.]
