Hi waynemallet,
That release is currently available. It is version 2009.5.0

If you are updated to that version but still don't have the proper T2 for those year-ends you will need to download the full install and reinstall ProFile. Some Windows versions are not updating properly in certain scenarios - the full install, however, is not affected.

If you need any assistance, our support team can help you get set up.

Hi Lee,

I have version 2010.0.0 and yet I still cannot process T2's after April 30, 2010. Any suggestions?

Hi DBC,

It is hard to say without asking a bunch of questions and gathering additional information. Since I'm not familiar with any issues with the current release install, I'm going to suggest that our support team can help you best on this matter.

Before calling, there is one thing you can check to help with that call:

1) In ProFile go to the Help menu. Choose 'About'.
2) On the next dialog box there is a button labeled 'Details' - click it.
3) A list of modules will now pop up. In that list you want to look for a T2 module with the name of "2008-2010 T2".

If you don't see that module then that likely is the issue - it either did not install or register properly on your system. This information will help our support team narrow down the issue. They will also likely need to know your OS and method used to update ProFile.

Sorry I can't offer you an immediate solution here. I'm confident our support team will be able to help you fix this.

Hi Lee,

Your suggestion worked, I checked and the software still showed a T2 module of '2007-2010'. So the update to the new version must not have installed properly.

I just uninstalled the software altogether and reinstalled it and everything works.

Thank you for your help, much appreciated!!!
