Hello,

Hope everybody enjoy the summer B)
But hope somebody is working, and can answer my question.

If company (IT consulting) is going to buy several servers. Are they suppose to be in the class 52 for CCA, or there is some different class?

Thank you.

if you look in class 52, you can see that the definition under (a) is fairly wide, but you will have to examine the equipment and its purchase and use to see if it is caught by any of the exclusionary issues mentioned by (a)((i) to (iv), and satifies (b ) to (d )
