Multiple T5013 forms Some friendly use mods

Entering T5013 forms requires use of four pages. The Notes field is common to all 4, but the note entered is only displayed on pages 1-3, not page 4. And when advancing right to enter more forms, it would be nice if all 4 pages scrolled.

And, any thoughts on why the data boxes are not presented in numerical order? It would make them a lot easier to find when you are just transcribing info from teh T5013s.
