Permanent Tabs - Disappeared

I am using Windows 7. Profile was working fine before. Yesterday the Upper Tabs, when I open a T1 file, have disappeared. Can someone tell me how to restore them.

Have all the tabs disappeared or are you down to the one tab for the form that is open? If it is the latter go into Options > Environment Options > File Tab and check to see if Maximim Open Tabs is checked off - if so either deselect it of check the number of tabs set below it and increase that number.
