When entering shares on a S1 - Bance Sheet, how are they normally recorded. In the assets, are they recorded as book or market value?

sorry, have no idea what you are talking about -
- s1 is not a bs, nor are shares an asset, so you seem to have some significant problems

the corporation has to have its accountant prepare proper financial statements before any tax returns can possibly be contemplated
(the accountant will not file a t2 without the financial statements, so recommend you forward the data to the accountant first - there is probably a lot of accounting work to do first)
