But very seriously why do these issues not getted solved over the summertime? I would like to hear why this is still a problem and when I can expect this will be addressed.

Yes it is done thru the templates. I do it by opening up the letter in question and edit it by right clicking on the form to put it in initially. On the client letter, for me, it is stable and remains working properly. In the joint letter i have to personalize the form, delete where it is suppose to be and then reinsert it and then print it. From what i understand it accepts bitmap and meta file(I think this last one is correct and not sure of how to get my logo into that format so not familier with that application) format files.

No it still is a problem. Unfortunately this year it does this disappearing act on both the joint and client letters.
I'm tired of this game of posting and sometimes getting a response from Profile then nothing happens Its like the carryforward of the 5 year comparision. Known problem for multiply years. What exactly is Profile doing all summer. This is getting to be more than just a little thing. I spend enough time at the office. Fix these little problems and customer service maybe a monicer that Profile can hang on their shingle. It certainly isnt now.

My question is Tim, do you use a bitmap or meta file as your logo file. I dont know how this could be something on my end. I insert the file and it's ability to print changes from one minute to the next and others are experiencing the same thing. Hard to imagine. Think you just hold your toungue right when you print them. <_<
Also my settings for default file type seems to change from 2010 to most recently used on a periodic basis. That has happened in previous years as well and others have commented on it too. So i think that this software is getting buggier and buggier and nothing changes from year to year to fix these "known issues".

I have finally ended up doing my engagement letter completely outside the program and doing the client letter as a separate print job where I use preprinted letterhead.

Toyota listens to its customers—and that simple fact just might be why this year Canadians trust Toyota more than any other passenger car brand in the country.
"Canadians trust Toyota for safe, quality, long-lasting vehicles with strong resale values. After all, more than 80 per cent of Toyotas sold over the past 20 years are still on the road today. We stay focused on our customers, looking for new and meaningful ways to connect, because we know that Toyota is the trusted choice for Canadians in search of a vehicle to travel with them through life's milestones."
Stephen Beatty
Managing Director,
Toyota Canada Inc.
And listening to its customers what is Toyota hearing? It hears that Canadians want well-priced, top-quality vehicles that they can drive and drive and drive—and then re-sell (at a good price)! Which must be why an astonishing four million Toyotas have been sold in Canada to date. It hears that Canadians want new and innovative product choices. Sure enough, Toyota is rolling out several new models this year in Canada. And it hears that Canadians want sustainable vehicles. Committed to delivering sustainable, quality-built and well-priced vehicles, Toyota offers the most fuel efficient passenger car fleet in Canada. Toyota hears that Canadians want safety as standard, so Toyota is the first full-line manufacturer to make all of the elements of the Star Safety System standard on every new 2011 vehicle.
Anyone think Intuit will get the same level of trust?
Those of us from GreenPoint days with Steve and Cam might have given them that trust.
