The recent Profile update page's News/Alerts section says "On behalf of the CRA, we would like to remind you that only “Inactive” corporations are not required to attach Schedule 100, Schedule 125 and Schedule 141 when filing T2 returns. Otherwise, the CRA requires that these schedules be attached when filing."

On the paper filing, does it mean we must now submit the said schedules in RSI form along with the regular barcode pages?

Nope. RSI has been abolished completely for current filing, CRA no longer accepts this format. ProFile will take care of any required attachment of the GIFI data by embedding it in the barcode.
