I can't "activate downloads" for my chequing, savings, or LOC accounts which are with President's Choice Financial. Please tell me how to change my User ID from "0000000000" on the Account Setup window to my card number.

Also, the Password Vault doesn't give me the option of setting up multiple passwords for these accounts. They show up as accounts in my Setup tab, but I can't do any downloads to them from QUicken. I have to do them manually from the PC website, which defeats the purpose.
