Item in Item List with Phantom Sales Orders

Hey,

I'm currently using Quickbooks Premier 2007 Edition.
My problem is that some inventory items in my item list show quantities on sale order but when i do a quick report to check which orders are still opened(i search for all transactions) all orders have been invoiced or closed and show a 0 balance.

Please Help!
