I need help doing a tax return. The person has a car from an employee which they also use for Personal Use.
Can someone tell me which form I should use to calculate the Standby Charge and Operating Benefit.

Do you mean a car from an employer? If so the company should do the calculation once the personal amount is determined. Added to T4. Taxable benefit.

I was being nice....

You would not want me to be like the physician that tells a cancer patient to take an aspirin and see me in the morning, would you?

Being nice would have been, Call an Engineer or a Teacher, Call an Accountant is just plain mean.

Right, If I required help with anything financial, (which I don't) I would hire a CA or a CMA.

Hold on, let me act like I know or pretend to know something but won't share. "Hire an accountant" "Talk to your accountant"

Better :P

By the way, I was not responding to Marcello, who perhaps is an accountant, and was attempting to answer the OP. It was the OP I was responding to, who is asking a rather elementary question on a PRO TAX board.....

Hence my answer, which I am sticking to as being kind and helpful.

Another kind answer: you are posting on the wrong board (would give a redirect here to a DIY board, if I knew of one to redirect to)
